temperatures and the 8111/8131/8151 chipset

Im building a new workstation with a dual opeteron 248 setup on the tyan k8w motherboard. My question is, of the 3 chips in the chipset which, if any, run hot? I am watercooling the system, and want to know how many chipset blocks to buy. In pictures, I have seen a heatsink on the 51 and 31, and nothing on the 11, but I'd like any info you guys got. Thanks!
