Temperature Questions

I finally set up everything in my first ever rig after getting a new power supply today.

I built a

Pentium D930
1 Gig RAM
Enermax Liberty 400W PSU
Geforce 7900 PCI-E
1 40 GIG HD
1 160 GIG HD
and some other crap

what im really worried about though is the temperature. My case has temperature sensors so i can see what the temps of the HDs, CPU, and VGA are. Heres what it says

VGA: 46.7 Celcius (sensor is right behind VGA card close to the back)
HD: 45.5 Celcius (sensor is taped to back of HDD)
CPU: 42.2 Celcius (sensor is taped to heatsink)

when the sensor is left in the air in the case the temp is between 35-38 celcius (guessing this is what they call case temperature)


i have 1 cpu fan and another fan next to it on the back grill. then one small case fan on the top and one small case fan on the side. total 4 fans. the air flow is crappy on the case fans cuz the grill is just a bunch of holes but im gonna cut em wide or mod em or something hopefully.

what i need to know is are these temperatures normal?

Dont worry, these temperature are normal but what CPU heatsink and fan do you use?

those are fine as long as it doesn't get hotter than 60C you should be find.
