Temperature OK?

I have a Duron 600 o/c to 900 mhz on an ABIT KT7 motherboard at 1.75 volts and i'm getting a temperature of 39.9 C with minimal activity such as browsing the web. Anyone getting temperatures higher or lower than this, or is this an ok temperature to be at? Should I cool it down more?
