temperature guages - what do you use

What do you guys use to monitor system temps? I was thinking about getting the Digitaldoc5 but it only samples every 40 seconds. Does anyone know of any guages with as many features as the digitaldoc5 but with a more frequent sample rate? I like the 2 microchip probes and 6 case probes with warning alarm and backlit lcd.
 
I use the one my motherboard came with. Downloaded it off from the manufactures web site.
 
Oh, so do most of you use software guages? I'd like it to be hardware so when I'm playing games, I can keep an eye on my temps. Preferrably something that uses a 5.25 bay.
