temperature compare on overclocked cpu

if my system is stable at 850 and 875.
the temperature is higher at 875 around 38 celcius than at 850 (32 celcius)

what speed should i keep at??
higher the better??
 
I'm guessing the voltage at 875 is significantly higher than at 850?

If so, depending on the voltage used at 875(if it is at or under 1.85), then i would keep it at 875.

it is at 1.75 at 875 and 1.7 at 850

but when i run RC5 and SETI at the same time, they will lock my system up
if i just run one of them, i have no problem at all
