I need alittle help with this guys. My graphics card right now is the ATI X300 SE that i bought with my rig because i wanted to build in time for my friends birthday a while back and then i realised that it isnt too bad. It plays BF2 on medium to high settings and farelywell. I never have lag at those settings so i figured i would stick with her. Well after oblivion made my eyes bleed on my computer i decided i need a new GPU just to hold me off until next year when i upgrade to my DX10 card.

Im thinking about going with a ATI Sapphire X800 GTO2. Its only 212$(CAN) on www.extreme-pc.com so its within my price range. Any other ideas?

a few restrictions

1. I prefer ATI
2. around the 200$ price tag(Canadian dollars)
3. Must accept paypal
4. Must ship to Montreal Canada

I red some good reviews on the X800 GTO2. Only has 12 pipelines but i read somewhere that you can unlock it to 16. Is this true? I was under the impression that the pipelines we actual pathways. Correct me if im wrong too please.

Thanks

Under $200US, AOK. Would recommend changing your PSU to Fortron, Enermax or Seasonic, though.

200$ canadian though. Keep in mind im only going to be using it until DX10 is released. Then im getting something expensive and retardedly fast like a X1900 XTX or something along those lines. And the PSU isnt a problem. Im getting a Xfinity 600 watt.
