Here is the situation. I have a 1ghz 266fsb axia blue core chip on an Asus a7v133 board, I used arctic silver 2 and a Taisol HSF. I have 3 other case fans within the case. When I run at 1ghz my idle temp is like 49c(oc @1.33ghz-55c). The heatink never seems to be THAT HOT? The strange thing is it runs stable at 1.33. I played tribes 2 for like 3 hours straight yesterday with no problem. But when Ileft the game and check the temp, it was at 62. I just wanted to know if these temps are way beyond what they should be, and if there is anything I could possibly do.

Your temps are fine. A7V Class MB's read higher temps than other mb's, this is not to be confused with them running hotter.

As far as 60C reading temp, that is probably closer to actual cpu core temp than you really think. Its just that most of the motherboards out there severely under-read temp.
