Temp readings in NF7-S v2?

I am running a 2500+ Barton, o/c'd to 3200+ speeds and I am using speedfan to monitor my temps. I have an Aero 7 Lite. I think the temp readings on my NF7-S are wrong. When I have the fan on silent mode, I get 38c and fully cranked I get 33c. But when it reads 38c (which should be 100 degrees f) the heatsink isnt even warm. LMK of if any of you guys with this board get wacky temps. Thanks.
