I am useing everest ultimate to monitor my temps for the E8400,it says cpu 40 degrees,cpu core 1, 52 dgrees,and core 2, 51 degrees,what temps should i be consired about,and are these temps to high,i have it clocked up to 3.6.

I think I have a lame 8400... mine lives in the low 40's if I have it clocked to 4.004 or dead stock... both cores run around 58 degrees under load, again, it does not seem to matter what clock speed I am running.
