Temp program for DFU ultra-d

MBM5 doesn't seem to support the ultra-d, and I havn't seen a DFI program, so are there any others?

SANDRA 2005 Lite works for me.

ITE Smart Guardian.
It's on the CD that came with the motherboard.
The problem I have with these programs is that it doesn't agree with the readings in the BIOS.
