Temp monitoring tool

Can somebody give me a link to where i can download a some kind of program for monitoring my cpu and motherboard temperature and fan speeds?
I have an Epox 8k3A+ motherboard.

dEvio, if you decide that MBM isn't for you, try USDM v3.10 which is a utility by Epox, hope this helps

Another good FREE program is SpeedFan 4.05. Do a Google for it.

Use MBM. We use it for active monitoring via an ASP page on our server administration site and it works great.

Hmm....downloaded the USDM here. Thanks for the link BTW. It seems to work bettery on my Epox 4g4a+ than MBM did, though it does offer less information.
