Any ideas what I can use to monitor the temps on this beast?
It's running Windows Server 2008 R2 if that matters...

I use Speedfan @ http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php and it works good for me. Seems accurate i.e. when I go into BIOS, the temp is usually the same as speed fan is showing. Shows Mobo and HDD temps too along with fan speeds. OH, and it's best feature is that it's free.

Everest Ultimate (http://www.lavalys.com/products/everest-pc-diagnostics) is what I use with my desktop to monitor uptime, temps for a variety of hardware components, fan speeds, voltages, etc. I haven't tried installing such a software on Server 2008, but I would imagine it would work just fine. You'll need administrative privileges for the software to run, but otherwise it runs very well.
