temp monitor programs don't respond.

Core temp, sandra both just say an arbitrary number and don't update as I load the system, one says 52C and the other says 47C. My old everest home says my CPU is 1C. I just installed my e7200 on this DS3 and the system health screen in the BIOS says 43C. I'm just confused.
