Temp files

Ok I was just going through some stuff on my computer (XP pro) and found I had ~10gigs in this path
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp
The temp part makes me want to delete it all but I dont want to mess up somthing with any programs that may be affected? So is there anything in there I should avoid deleting or is it all fair game?

As long as you did not install anything there it is a good idea
to clear it out every once in a while.
