I'm looking for a good Telnet program that's compatible in 32 and 64 bit Windows environments. This will be used in a corporate environment, so preferably free, but wouldn't mind dishing out $200-$300 for an unlimited license.

We're currently using Mochasoft Telnet software, but we're looking for alternatives.

Thanks in advance guys

I apologize -- I should have been a bit more specific. The built in telnet.exe works fine (as well as putty), for us in my IT department atleast, but our end users who aren't very computer literate, will be telnetting into one of our databases to input and record information. So I'm looking for one with a simple user interface, one with basic "connect", "disconnect", and basic window/view options.

What do you mean by "basic window / view options?" You could make a shortcut on the desktop that simply was "telnet some.ip.address" and it would connect.

However... telnet is so archaic, and completely insecure, why would you subject your users to that?

I whole heartedly agree, but unfortunately, it's not my decision =/

if you install the Mochasoft Telnet client -- we're lookign for something like that, but either free, or cheaper, heh; obviously, we're on a tight budget.
