Telnet over Wireless

We have an app that communicates via telnet. This app is used by 90% of our staff and must be available via wireless in the near term.

We are having problems using this app on the wireless. Whenever we cross from one WAP to another we loose connection.

Anyone else have any experience with Telnet over wireless? When we run on a single WAP, we never have any problems.
