I can no longer pop e-mail off the server where before the upgrade, I could.

Before lunch, I could see all the e-mail in my inbox through webmail, just couldn't pop it out. I never got an error, I just never got the e-mail.

After lunch, I checked my webmail for a reply from tech support, but my inbox was cleared out. All the mail was moved in a raw state to the cur and new folders.

Is anyone else having a problem?
 
Yes, my site was ok earlier, but now whenever I access it, it prompts me to download a file and view it offline. Also the Telnap's Support site is incredibly slow right now. Did you get notification of the upgrade? Drives me nuts when they move my site and never tell me that it's going to happen :/
 
It should be fine now.

Benchui, just about everybody got notice. Your account was previously moved off of an old server and the one you were moved to was upgraded. Unfortunately, the billing system did not reflect the original move so when we sent everyone on Venus a message you didn't get one.
 
oo that muct be why every email in my inbox was resent to me so i had 190 new emails, some of which were dated from 2 years ago


however i currently it seems that PHP is borked on my site, i can get to the main page but when i try and access either of the photo pages it wants me to DL some PHP file??

worked fine this morning

refresh, you're looking at a cached page. There was a short php outage while some settings were altered. The mail issue will be completely fixed by this evening.

refresh, you're looking at a cached page. There was a short php outage while some settings were altered. The mail issue will be completely fixed by this evening.

ahh that fixed the PFP thing

the mail thing isnt really an issue for me it only happened last night
 
I got the announcement of the update. I just didn't get the notice about mail until I received a reply to the support case I opened.

The problem is that cPanel is currently
migrating from one mail system to another. The current inbox is in the
old format and the new mailboxes that everyone is being converted to are
in the cur/new folder format. When the conversion is complete all mail
should be back to normal.

Any idea when the conversion will be complete and I can get my old mail?

Late this evening, we can't interrupt the mail being received right now to convert the accounts.
