I figured I'd just ask some other users.

The guy running telnap.com - it seems pretty highly regarded.

I was going to start with his 16 dollar a year plan special he has going. I notice on the special page, it does not mention fantastico. Can anyone confirm that fantastico is on this plan?

Also, does he have the latest versions of fantastico, specifically the new wordpress 1.5, etc.
