Taken from Telnap.com

In celebration of President's Day, Telnap is pleased to announce its President's Day sale. For a limited time all qoutas on accounts are doubled AND all prices are 20%. Yes, you read that correctly, 20% and all specs are doubled!

Okay, we lied, it's not a one day sale but a one week sale. Sale expires Sunday, Feburary 26th.

I have been a customer w/Telnap for quite awhile infact I have trusted I-Hacked (along with SEVERAL other domains) with them and have been absolutely happy with my service.

Not only is this a great deal, but this hosting company is owned by AT's own DeviousTrap. If you are looking for hosting this week, check em out

I have several domains with them too and I've got nothing but awesome service. Been almost a year and I'll have more years with them!

So, the pricing and stats on the link are before discount and the free upgrade?

EDIT: The details are as listed.

Also, is the price 20% or 20% off?

EDIT: 20% off.

Thanks for the clarification, Mr. Telnap

Question. Is this price just for the first year and then the price goes back to normal price after, or is this the price we pay year after year as long as the account is in good standing? I know that when HostPC runs their specials they usually give you the same price and deal year after year as long as the account is in good standing.

Even with specs doubled and 20% off, it still doesn't seem to beat DreamHost's $10/mo plan. though TelNap does have the lower denominations if you don't need all the space/bandwidth.

I love it when people try to compare every hosting company with DreamHost.

First of all we offer different levels of service. Telnap strives to provide reliable hosting where each client can use the account that they paid for to it's fullest capacity. We also pride ourselves on giving personalized support, something most large companies can't offer.

Dreamhost's main goal is to get as many clients as physically possible on each server to take as minimal of a loss as possible. That's especially true with their $7 or $8 a year plans where they are going to try to make up their losses by hoping the clients renew at the regular prices when the account is due for renewal.

With dreamhost's strict TOS on CPU usage it will be very hard to use all of the bandwidth that you are "paying for", and even with their CPU usage clauses it's still easy to tell that their servers are overloaded.

For example, I just loaded http://www.krunk4ever.com/blog/ which is linked from your sig. According to the my firefox load timer it took 6.949 seconds to load on my 10mbps connection. On the other hand, telnap.com loads in 1.102 seconds. pics.bbzzdd.com loads in 1.322 seconds, and lastly edge.i-hacked.com loads in 2.854 seconds. It's also important to note that each of those sites is on a separate shared server.

I also loaded http://www.krunk4ever.com/blog/ and it crawls compared to i-hacked.com (hosted by Telnap.com).

i-hacked has a lot more graphics as well.

I just signed up so I can get servers out of my house. I just hope SMTP-Auth works. I've had trouble working with my ISP's SMTP-Auth.

Anyone want to explain what the difference in Neomail, Horde, and Squirrelmail is?

Never had any complaints about SMTP-Auth not working so please submit a trouble ticket if you have any issues.

Neomail, Horde, and Squirrelmail are all webmail programs. They all do the same thing, it's just a matter of personal preference of their layouts.

Excellent pricing! I also host a few domains through a reseller account with Telnap and they are top-notch.
