It's both
built in and PCI.

most likely the integrated is disabled.

Um I dont think you should purchase it because it come with so much garbage you DONT need hint hint AOhell! Also it doesn't come with a CPU so you will be getting nowhere at a very slow speed. It seems like this system has a lot of redundant features/items.

Where in the world are you getting a computer with over a TB of storage? somethign sounds real fishy. Why have 2 160 GB drives and a raid array of 2 400 GB drives. I didn't even know 400GB drives were out.
