I gotta keep this under $1400 and if you suggest anything that is better, but around the same price, I'm all ears.

you're on with the lian li case, but u should look for one with 120mm fans, more airflow/noise
don't get that thermaltake PSU, go for corsair or seasonic

i'd also rather go for a p35 chipset tho

everything else looks good

Why not the PSU? I've always used Thermaltake psu and so far they've been perfect. I just took away the 650i and put a Gigabyte P35, which is the other board i was looking at.
