I've used Braun Oral B toothbrushes for a while. Both my dentist and orthodontis recommended them. I don't know what the current model is called (its almost identicle to the one I started with 4 years ago, though).

They work well, and my first one lasted me about 4 years . . .

I have the oral-B. Works better for me than the sonicare since the head is smaller and its easier to reach the back of my mouth

I had the original Sonicare and now the newest Elite one. My friends and family have all bought based on my recommendation and they all are very happy with the Sonicare.

My dentist recommended the Sonicare Elite. I guess it does the job, although it took a few days to get used to the "tingling" after brushing.

Man, I just bought a Sonicare on ebay for $53 with shipping, its awesome. Seriously, I highly highly suggest getting one. I have been using it for less than a week, but I can see the difference in my teeth after I brush. They look and feel a lot cleaner.
