Tell me what kind of motherboard I should be looking for

What I want in a motherboard is this:

IEEE 1394
lots of USB ports, preferrably 2.0
SATA (RAID doesn't matter)
socket 478

doesn't matter if it's 865 or 875, as long as it's made by either Intel, Asus, or Abit (with preference going to Intel and Asus)

so far, the only motherboards to fit the bill are like $150. Anything cheaper?

I'd also like gigabit ethernet. Besides, Realtek is crap. I've had more headaches with Realtek at work than any other ethernet controller
