The keyboard that cant get dirty, you know the type thats made of plasticy rubbery stuff, all the keys are sort of joined together and it looks like a laptop keyboard but there is absolutely no space between the keys so no dirt can get in there. However it should have the same layout as a normal qwerty keyboard, and spaces above the directional buttons. I dont know what to call this so i cant really google it. Does such a beast exist?

PS- for anyone that noticed i had this in general hardware yesterday and then discovered we had a pehipherals forum  wow! So its a repost, but the old threads gone away now anyways so it shouldnt matter.

They make them but I doubt you'll find exactly the key layout you'd like best. Here is one:

But you can make any kbd pretty water resistant and crumbproof with a Keyskin - available specific for most major brand kbds. And most keyboards with a membrane keyswitch system are pretty impervious to water and dirt unless it's so big it actually intereferes with the keystroke.

My current keyboards a mess, its functional but i hate typing on a mess. I dunno if that foldable one would be good for a gamer, it would be pretty sweet just to run it under some hot water every now and then though, just to clean it.

Anyone got any other recommendations?

I got a cheap Logitech Office Internet Pro keyboard for $10, it isn't to your specifications but its texture is good, it's cheap, and it doesn't get too dirty. And no, do not get that foldable one... I've used one before and they're terrible.
