This is NOT harrassment. Who did he harrass exactly? An entire gender? Give me a break. Whom was made to feel uncomfortable?

If someone were within earshot, heard the comment and decided to be offended, then it can be sexual harrassment. It's a sad state of affairs, but that's where corporate America has gone.

I wouldn't be surprised if less savory people are just waiting to jump on a comment like this so they can try and sue for damages.

This thread is a prime example of what has become of children born in the 80's and raised in the new super-PC school system.

As for the lifting of the water bottle: don't you know it's not sexual harassment when it's said by a woman? It's only Sexual Harassment if it's a man saying/doing it.

It ain't "corporate America", it's laws put on the books by politically correct lawmakers, generally from our politically correct blue states. One tiny slip of the tongue, and your firm is facing a crippling lawsuit.

Some people are trying to change things, but those POS, blue state lawmakers, turn it into an uphill battle. :|

<--Happy to live in a blue state. I don't think I'd like being around all the annoying moralistic holy rollers in those red states.
