Yeah, I'd be a bit annoyed if I thought I was getting the OC version and got the standard one 🙁. Not that you couldn't OC it yourself and it'd still be covered under warranty. But still.

Newegg lists these part numbers:
256-P2-N528-AX and 256-P2-N525-AX

The Hot Hardware artcle shows a differant number:
256-P2-N538-AX and 256-P2-N525-AX

256-P2-N538-AX and 256-P2-N525-AX

From reading the AT article, I think it was saying that the common version (528-AX) is clocked at 450mhz. The 538-AX is the same, but w/BF2. The cheap 525-AX version, on the other hand, is clocked at the nVidia standard (430mhz).
