Application Layer Gateway Service
Microsoft Help Center Hosting Server
NDIS User mode I/O Driver
NT Kernel & System

As of now, they're all blocked, and nothing seems to not be functioning, so perhaps I should leave them blocked? Up until today I had Generic Host Process for Win32 services blocked, until I found out that it must be allowed for the computer to be connected to through Remote Desktop Connection. So now I allow it access on any host computer. I'm wondering if the services listed above also have functions that I must allow them internet access for that I just haven't discovered yet.

The best solution is to put services that you are not sure about on manual.

The advantage of Disabling Services is more based on Myth rather than facts.

It is a common occurs that people disable services because some one who concentrate on one type of computer usage, like the ?Viper? that closed all network services because he only care about one computer and does only gaming) claims that it is Good to so.

Users that are more versatile in using their computers might get stuck later on with none functional applications (like what happened to you with RDT).

I initially had all of them set to Ask, however Sygate asks if I should give them permission or not at times when I'm not really sure what they may be trying to do. So I always say no.

JackMDS replied to a different question, the one of disabling services to save memory/cpu/enhance security. archcommus asked about allowing apps to go to the Internet accross a firewall.
