LA fucking rocks, I love it here.

Although if you don't make a ton of $, it really sucks.

You can live in many parts of Long Beach for not that much money, and you're not far from LA or OC. Outside of the absolute ghetto parts of LB, I have no problems with the rest of the city. LA's more affordable areas tend to be pretty shady, where LB has some affordable areas that might not look super nice, but there's nothing wrong with them.

people who like to have multiple relationships, polymory or whatever it's called. it's like polygamy without all the commitment. Depending on where you are in LA you can find plenty of those kinds of people too.

Also, don't listen to Jules because you cannot afford to live within 6 miles of the beach and if you could you'd just bitch more about how much longer it makes your drive because it takes you longer to get to the freeway than it does traveling on the freeway to where you're going.

You're right. Inglewood is the shit bro! 😎

Some people love it, others hate it. Either way, expect the freeways to be jammed up if it's daylight out. You're emo enough as it is. No matter where you live you'll find a reason to hate it. I prefer San Diego and the coast north of LA, but my sister prefers LA. Of course, she works in the entertainment industry and loves that stuff.

I mean every bit of it. The things that people don't even think about sometimes are things I want to know.

Here's a fun tidbit of information about Seattle that I didn't know. Seattle is likely to be the unofficial homebase of the poly community. If it isn't then it sure has a shit ton of poly people. Things like that are not always something you think about until you run into them. (It's a problem for me because I am very monogamous)

Tell me the goods and the bads, please.

Louisiana or Los Angeles?

If Los Angeles, then shouldn't you say L.A.?

I've considered San Diego and some other places, but LA just sounded interesting.

In central LA you can watch bubbling pits of oil.

Give the cessos tacos a try at one of the many taco trucks

The Del Taco per capita ratio is off the hook

The best part of LA is watching it slowly but surely disappear from the window of your plane as it climbs out of LAX while sipping an ice cold vodka and soda to purge all the fake, self aggrandizing, delusional bullshit you were forced to absorb while there.

It depends on what you mean by "interesting."

I'm biased because I've lived in SD for over 20 years, but to me it's the perfect amount of big city. Instead of one big valley, it's a whole bunch of canyons connected by freeways.

Met a person who has lived in LA. They informed me of the wonders of LA.

Apparently it's a mall culture type of city. People hang out and go to malls a lot. Pool parties are very popular?

I can't remember much else right now. Anyone know anything else?

Having been just there last week, I assure you that you'll hate it.

Though, while hanging out on the Santa Monica Pier, I found a job that you might be qualified for.

Oh, people hang out and go to malls? Not sure if serious.

Only 2 things you need to know about LA

1. best looking females in America
2. Roscoes House Of Chicken & Waffles

Chicken AND waffles? My god, they've done it.

I do have to say, Cali has some good restaurant chains. In and Out ftw. Carl's Jr isn't too bad either.

Plus Phillippes, and little Tokyo. God I miss LA. But mostly I miss chicken and waffles.

I'd put up with all the crap that comes along with LA because I enjoyed every second there, and I'm from an affluent suburb of Detroit, not some podunk little town.
