Can someone tell me about this? I can't find much on google. What the age group is, what the cost is, when, etc.
 
It's about these young kids...they drink formosas...and go on a tour...and stuff...and they are happy and sing songs...because they are happy...and it's on a boat.

I think you should go.

age group is generally from 17-23. cost is minimal, a lot of it is paid for by the govt. happens over summer, you spend like four weeks or something, the first half you 'take classes', then the second half they take you around the island.
