Tell me a way how I can make this image better on photoshop?

Yea, the black man got boring after looking at it for awhile (I hope im not being racist when I say that, it was an icon that was boring).

You can't bring any data back from the JPEG that you produced, but their are some things you can do. For example, you could fool with levels, curves, gradiant maps, color balance, hue/sat, or brightness/contrast.

You need some Photoshop "skillz" to add effects. Search for photoshop tutorials on google and you'll get some help, but if you want I can just edit something for you. See my photobucket.

The thing is I cant find any Rain or Blood tutorials that would look good on my kind of images. I thought it would be a good idea to ask the people who are really good at photoshop for minitutorials.

Those are deffinatley Filters. The only image "enhancements" you really could do would be to fool around with the hue/saturation/contrast and color balance.
