Television Default Settings

Is there any way I can reset my television into default settings? I messed around with the display settings and I want to reset them into the original display settings as they were in the beginning. I have a Sony Trinitron flat model. I seem to have lost the manual and the model specific is not listed on the television, at least visible to the eye.

Thanks for your help.
 
There should be a reset on the television menu - if not just unplug it for a few hrs.

I would just stick w/ using an AVIA disc or Video Essentials to optimize video.

Unfortunately, the menu does not have a reset button. Searched high and low through it. I'll try unplugging it for few hours and see if that resets it.

Any other suggestions? Thanks.
