Teles.S0/USB-Box firmware

I can't get external ISDN card (Teles.S0/USB-Box) working. It is recognized by WinXP via latest Teles CAPI drivers, but when I perform Hardware Test from it's CAPI driver, it shows me Isac Test Failure. I wanted to try to reprogram its BIOS, but can't find firmware (and software needed to reprogram it). DOes anybody know where can I gat it. It's not on manufacturers site.

By the way, what's Isac?
