Telephone Survey System

Maybe I should have posted this in the Windows forum. I'm actually not sure what I need.

I want to setup one of those telephone-based survey systems you often run into when calling a customer service department where you have the option to take a quick survey about the service received.

I'm not sure exactly how this would integrate into our current phone system, but right now we have an IP-based PBX system, and I can create and address generic SIP devices at extensions I define.

If I could setup a computer that could be contacted as an SIP device, and then use some software on that computer that would play back prerecorded survey messages and then accept and record answers (tone-based key presses from the survey taker) to a database, then I would have some sort of solution....

Any ideas?
