telephone suggestion

I remember a bunch of years ago Microsoft had some home phone you could hook to yuor PC. If I remember correctly it supported pictuer Caller ID on your monitor and a few other cool things. I googled and can't find it, but I remember it clearly, this was like 98 maybe. It would be kick ass to find something similar to this but more current, maybe something that can hook up to a PC or TV, would love to have pic caller ID show up on my 32" screen. Even if it's not a mainstream company or a phone that you can get from a place like Best Buy I would assume some company makes an uber phone, might even carry an uber price.

Anyone seen something close to what I'm looking for?
