I've been trying to call my school to talk to a transfer advisor for a different college with a large Academic scholarship to make sure my classes can satisfy their requirements (my courses are mostly business and they have mostly liberal arts...but sometimes they sign a general waiver just based on a degree so you don't have to retake any general ed. classes), and I have their extension.
Yet I can't get through to the front desk and there is no automated prompt to enter an extension number.
Do I just wait or am I missing some piece of common phone knowledge?
