Telemarketer's allowed to call cell phone??

I got this email, but I haven't read any news articles on it.

Its against FCC rules to use auto dialers to call cell phones. At least Verizon knows how to stand its ground with all the money its making for its outrageous extra services!

man, I get like 5 auto dialers everyday. I don't even pickup the phone anymore unless I recognize the number.
