Telecommuting Sucks!

Well, not really. But I just took my first test for a telecourse at school.

1.I attended a 1 hour orientation yesterday that did a walkthrough of the entire process.
2.Before taking a test there is a screen that tells you there is a fifteen minute time allotment for the exam.
3.Immediately, I set an alarm for 19 minutes! I think that giving myself a 1 minute warning on 20 exam is a good idea.
4.I work on the test for a while and am unsure of my answers, so I start looking stuff up on google.
5.I hear the alarm and continue rechecking my answers for about a minute and a half.
6.Submit. Sorry, more than 15 minutes elapsed. Your recorded score is a 0.0

BTW I got 95% correct

Can you please explain why setting a 19 minute warning for a 15 minute exam is a good idea?

Michael

First, I got a score of zero. It also told me that I got 95% of the questions correct.

It was not a good idea using 19 mins for a 15 min exam. That is the crux of my idiocy in this situation.
