What exactly is this?
I'm about to d/l a file that the button doesn't say "download" but "telecharge".
Is this some form of dialer that gives you the file with high charging cost?
I'm on an aDSL connection and I have the international and mobile calls restricted in my telephone number, but I want to know if this "telecharge"is dangerous for me,and if yes can the charge be done through some other way?
I would like some info on this, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
