Tekram motherboard pinout diagram needed

I bought a Tekram socket 7 motherboard (MVP4 chipset) without the cable set to connect the onboard video and sound functions to the case external connectors. I cannot find the cables on the internet or in local swapmeets and would like to solder my own. To to this I need the pinout diagrams for this motherboard. No information is available on the Tekram website and the company does not respond to my e mail. Does anyone know a source for the cables or the pinout diagrams?
