Tekram DC-200 Raid controller with Tyan Tiger MPX, anyway to make them play nice?

The mpx is the newest revision (the 4m one). Basically if I dont have a the card in there its fine, but if do, you have to hit the power button, THEN hit reset once its already on to get it to post, otherwise the screen shows no signal. the tekram has bios version 1.10a i think, and the board is 4.03.
