I just need some advice...recently I ordered some software from Tekdeal.com. It seemed legit at the time and had a nice price. They've successfully taken my money, but from the status of my order on the website, they haven't shipped it yet. It's been 6 days since I ordered it, and the estimated time for me to receive it said 6-10 days including processing time. I've found three different phone #'s each of which you can't get through on, one email address which I've got no response from, and an online message center which I've also gotten no reply from. I'm starting to second-guess the authenticity of this website. Has anyone ordered from them before? Any advise for me if it doesn't come within' the 10 day time frame?
