Speculation, of course (also here), but it should remind everyone with a current high-end phone that obsolescence is right around the corner.

I wonder if Super AMOLED production will have ramped up by then, or if Samsung is reserving it all for a Galaxy S2 or something.

Meh, Motorola ruled themselves out of my future phone purchases with their locked bootloaders and Blur. Deal breakers for me.

Really doubt we'll see Gingerbread on any phones outside of the Nexus One until next year.

I'm torn on if I want another Motorola phone though. They're hardware is among the best but their software choices (Blur sucks IMO) leave much to be desired. If they keep locking their phones up and adding stupid, tacky, sluggish UI elements then I'm done with them personally.
