I have used Teflon tape in or on hundreds of small chemical dispensers and never clogged or damaged any dispenser from T tape.
I have also resealed a few hundred water pumps and used T tape and a new seal and never ever found T tape in the impellers.
What I would like to locate is a filter that can be used in a pc cooling loop to catch garbage.

it is not the pump which these tapes get stuck in.

it is the injector inside the blocks or the actually paralell passes on the radiator.

Once tape gets stuck inside a rad and clogs a entire channel, well, there goes your 50-150 dollar radiator because u will never get it out without the use of harsh acids.

NEVER use tape on metal to metal fittings.... Use the Oring...
The threads were never meant to seal... its the orings which do the sealing.

My Heatkiller 3.0 is my filter. It can remove even the smallest contaminants (while losing flow in the process).

which is a ton lot better then getting it stuck in a pass on a radiator effectively killing a large percentage of cooling potential.
