A While ago I saw a deal on some teflon pads you attach to your mouse, I can't find it anymore, do you guys know of any good Quality pads that I can attach to the bottom of my mouse?

I don't know how good any of the brands are, but do a search for mouse feet at Newegg and I think you'll find what you're looking for, also called mouse skates. Xoxide also has them. Just scroll down near the bottom of that page.
