They shave your teeth? No thanks. Mine are sensitive enough already.
not everyone needs to have that done.
What determines that? I had braces 20 years ago but I didnt wear my retainer so my bottom teeth got a little crowded/crooked again.

girl i work with has the invisalign.

not only do they work great, but you can barely see them.

it took some time for her to get used to them and talking with them, but the fact you can take it off when you eat is a ++++++

the amount of space you have to work with determines it.

I had invisalign and loved it. I didn't have to have any teeth grinding. Just threw in a new retainer every two weeks and within 24 weeks, my teeth were straight. It hurts for like the the first 2 days of each new retainer. But that's not a big deal, since every option you choose will have discomfort when they make the adjustment (be it a new retainer for invisalign, or tightening the wires of the conventional braces or ibraces).

There wasn't any speech problems and no one could know I was wearing braces. Plus, there are no eating restrictions.

Man I hated braces... I would recommend the invislign thing if you can, unless they have to do the grinding thing, not sure on if I would like that.
