Here is what the alt-right got out of the event. We have two completely different narratives going on.

Go to 6:40 in the video, and listen to the Black Israelite preacher say verbatim.

Here is another clip (3:55) where the Black Israelite preacher says:

At 1:35 in the attached video, an indigenous protester can be clearly heard saying:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Si4EUuW-GjQ

So this is what the alt-right is talking about and they are characterizing the kids as the victims and the other side as racists and homophobes based on the clips above.

Do I think the alt-right really cares about gay rights? No. Does the alt-right care about hatred against whites? Ah hell yes. The bottom line is that the alt-right is using this event to shape a narrative.

By the mainstream media ignoring these things that were said by leftist protesters, they are re-enforcing the idea that the media is attempting to shape its own narrative and that they are fake news.
People who openly and loudly don't care about anyone else's rights should not be surprised to find out that no one cares about their rights.

Boy needs his arse whooped. I subscribe to a more right leaning football sight also and fwiw the agree that this is unacceptable and nobody would shed a tear if he got taught a lesson.
It's cool how you got this out of the way so you could then like almost every post in the thread defending the boy who needs his arse whooped.

Didn’t see the rest of the context till later. I’m allowed to alter my opinion.

The vet was interviewed by CNN, said he felt threatened, the focus of their anger and hate. He felt he was toeing the line of being in danger with that many people watching and taunting him. With how Trump supporters behave, be they rednecks or Proud Boys, etc, can't say I blame him.

Also can't say I saw any aggression or disrespectful behavior from the vet.

I'm not in the habit of defending religious fundies and assholes so no comment on the black israelites. Their conduct has no bearing on kids from a school which supposedly teaches ethics and values disrespecting an elder and vet like that, to say nothing of the whole "Get Out" sentiment towards an indigenous person. Trumptards letting the orange buffoon and traitor corrupt their children, then coming to defend the behavior instead of condemning it though... You people are a joke and should be ashamed of yourselves.
Makes you wonder what they teach at the "school". Making fun by mimicking his people's chant was not cool either.

I’d say if anything the president we have now is a direct response to the left becoming racist. The pendulum swung.
So the argument is that you have to be racist because they're racist?

Really?

edit:
There’s a lot of nothing to see here’s in that but if the Native American group started it by walking up to them and beating there drums in their face I think it adds a whole lot more context to the situation.
Oh I see. You never have to take responsibility for your own actions when you can always blame someone else.

For your top part, I said the president was the pendulum swinging. The rest of it is made up nonsense on your part.

The second part has nothing to do with what’s being discussed (go figure in a Vic post). I said I can change my opinion as new context comes out which is what I did.

I'll use smaller words. Your entire argument is 'they started it' or 'he hit me first.' And just like a child, you think that justifies your own behavior.

What not hold steady with a partisan opinion but rather base my opinion on what’s known at the time and alter it if something else comes to light?
Except that's not what you're doing but whatever.

Had to put up with a bus full of South Dakota based MAGAt's last night at dinner. They were on their way back from DC. Just imaging that punchy faced kid, except 10-15 of them wearing red hats and hoodies.

Yeh, somebody has to be an apologist for these mindless young haters if we're to burn it all down, huh?

It's funny how the MAGA's don't understand Trump at all either. They see him (in light of a trend of increasing political power among women and minorities) as someone who is fighting to preserve their status (in light of another trend of increasing economic inequality). But the reality Trump is just part of the Establishment Elite who is using them to maintain power by dividing working class America. Or as Gould said "I can hire one half of the working class to kill the other half."
In other words, the reason 'the pendulum swung' wasn't because 'the left became racist,' but because the Elite needed non-economic issues to divide middle class America. Trump has you guys so fixated and divided on issues like race, gender, religion, ideology, and partisan blame that you can't see anything else.

Phone cameras are everywhere now. And kids are just as stupid as they were when phone cameras weren’t around. UNCjigga is right, is the era of phone cameras and the internet and instant wrath of it how do we balance all that. If your kid does something stupid does he deserve the wrath of millions, on somehing that’s not erasable, it’s permanent and will effect his life going forward. Tougher to get a job etc. Does he deserve that?
None of that changes that its not really doxxing if you do something on camera in public, when you know you are on camera in public. That was an organised protest, there was going to be press there. Are the press not allowed to report on stuff because some kid does something stupid there?

Not sure, it’s something we’re having to deal with and there’s not good or straightforward answers. Just be cautious of e mobs the permanence of the Internet. Kids are just as stupid as they’ve always been but it’s so much easier for them to permanently ruin their lives than it was when we were growing up.

Righties love to blame de gubmint, the Libruhls, the browns, the poors & all the people who forced them to vote for letting the Capitalist Jerb Creators have their way with them. I mean, jobs have been created- just not for them, not for small town America. There's more profit to be had employing people elsewhere. Bootstraps won't do 'em any good in the face of multinational capitalism & greed at the top.

Trump is the ultimate expression of that mindlessness.
