LAFAYETTE, Colo. (March 10) - Two Colorado teens have been arrested after the mother of one of them was found stabbed to death in the trunk of her car.

Investigators allege that Linda Damm's body had been in the car for nearly a month as her daughter and friends tried but failed to get rid of it. On one attempt, police say they buried the body at the edge of a cemetery only to retrieve it later, fearing the grave was too shallow.

Investigators believe 15-year-old Tess Damm and her live-in boyfriend were planning to drive to Wyoming to make a third attempt, when police received an anonymous tip.

The two teens are being held without bail. The boyfriend is being held on charges that include murder and conspiracy. Charges against the daughter include conspiracy and evidence-tampering. Both are being prosecuted as adults.

Two other teens have been arrested in the case, but only one has been charged.

i dont get it... backyard.... a couple gallons of diesel and a pile of brush... they could have gotten rid of the body easily But at least they were caught this way. Thats to be thankful for.

It takes 6-8 hours to burn a body completely. Few people have that much brush in their backyard.

I want to know what was going on that caused them to do such a thing, just being a teen alone won't drive you to actually kill your parents, even if you did consider it.

A hog farm, I'm told. All you need to do afterwards is sift through, find the teeth, and dispose of them.

Guess im just too used to the country life. Always a brush pile to burn especially in the fall. Our neighbors have been burning a stump for the past 2 weeks... you could get rid of a body there Additionally we burn brush piles that are around 12x12x8 ft.... easy to stuff a body somewhere in there and will burn for about 4 days

Gotta make sure you have enough pigs though; otherwise they get full and you're left with a partly eaten body lying around. >_<

And burning a body takes a really hot fire and a decent amount of time. Just continuing to put gas on them wouldn't be enough to destroy the body.

Meat Grinder, Feed it to the dogs. Chop it up into very tiny pieces (5pound blocks) and dispoe of in garbage bags dumped around the city on garbage day ect. Theres alot of ways
