What confuses me is how he got " three misdemeanor counts" when he only gave 1 person the brownies.
Surely the other guy shouldn't have shared them, it's not Spunky's fault they got shared.

Pretty sure that's a fake, I've seen different incarnations of it numerous times with different shows/snacks being baked 🙂
