Now with crap like that - who lets them build an 80 foot tall parking garage with nothing to stop you from wandering right off the edge?

LOL, ever been to the Grand Canyon, that's a mile drop and no fences.

You know, I halfway guarantee this was a legitimate suicide attempt, and when the b!tch didn't die, he's like "Oh shit, I'm supposed to do something with my life. I'm supposed to... SUE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!"

Not sure if this was covered already, but according the talk radio people the gap is only 1 and half foot. Yes thats right, 18 inches.

The boy has gone up to the gap since the accident, and is in disblief that he didn't make it across.

Doesnt say any place that they are suing for money for themselves. The kids a moron though.

D'Assaro is filing a lawsuit against the city of Orlando and the private garage owner for making little effort to correct a potential deadly risk.

Lawsuits are not always about money. Perhaps it's to force the city to take action.
Perhaps, Orlando should do something to make the street safer because I'm sure that there are more car accidents than garage jumping. Or, perhaps that the city should do something a bout morons that endanger their & maybe others lives and waste public resources.

That can't be right. If it were that narrow, I'd probably get stuck almost. :p

Thank you for taking this Local 6 News survey.

**I just watched the video. They said, "Thrillseekers will drink downtown and then head to the garages" Isn't this kid a teen?? Was he drinking underage??

Silly boy, everyone knows white men can't jump.

I advocate making the garage taller. No one's gonna jump if they know a miss means splat.

I hope he wins, seriously.

Then the money gets taken to buy as much clear plastic as it will buy to make a monument with the son and father imbedded in it like they do little seashells.

Place it in front of the garage as a warning to others.
