cut in front of me in line? *ding* homer.Ryan Gosporra, 15, said the incident began when Rourke cut in front of the suspect in the snack bar line. Neither he nor Trevino saw the attack that occurred after the last game of the night with about 40 people at the field.
He "is not a monster. He's a good boy who made a bad mistake. This is a mistake that will haunt both families for the rest of our lives," the statement said.

i have to disagree, turning off the xbox when you lose is a mistake, beating someone to death is a little more than a "bad mistake"

I saw this on the TV in the gym. The coach was saying the suspect is a "good kid."
Good kids don't cave in other people's skulls for no reason.

well what if the kid hit the knees and once in the head that killed him? it doesnt say that he hit him 200x with the bat
it could have just been a mistake and he probably didnt mean to kill him
but anyway BAD kid! BAD!!!
I can't believe that the PARENTS of the dead child said not to demonize the suspect.Originally posted by: meltdown75

From the sounds of it, they'll find a way to punish the kid that died instead.

And no one stopped him? Throw all the bystanders in jail.

I agree.
I gotta put the kid in the "Monster" catagory. But hopefully this kid gets the help he really needs.
